The Ohio Green Living Fayre will be held at the Flying J Farm, 5329 Van Fossen Road, Johnstown, OH 43031  on Monday, September 1, 2008, from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.  All registration fees are to be sent with the application.

 

Booth fees for an approximate ten-by-ten space are $25.00. Actual booth size varies, therefore those with special needs should indicate specifics on the application.  If you need electricity at your booth, there is an  additional $10 fee.

 

Your booth space fee includes registration to the event for two people.  Additional folks will need to pay an entrance fee of $5 per person.  This fee (including the two free registrations) entitles you to participate in all the events taking place during the day of the Fayre.

 

The requested deadline for registration as a vendor is August 20, 2008. Vendor “Walk-Ins” the day of the Festival will be accepted on a space-available basis.

 

Set up time for all exhibitors will begin at 8 am. Late arrivals may forfeit their assigned booth space. Vendors are requested to clear their booth spaces by 8 pm on Monday, September 1st.

 

Vendors are responsible for all appropriate licenses and permits for their operation. The Festival requests that those permits be available during the event.  All appropriate taxes are the responsibility of each vendor.

 

We ask that exhibitors remove ALL debris from their booth space. Recycling bins are provided at the Festival.

 

The Ohio Green Living Fayre, its organizers and committees accept no liability for any injury, loss or damage to goods, displays, equipment, or persons.

 

Pets are prohibited. If you have a working dog needed for medical reasons, please indicate this on your application.

 

No combustion devices or fires are allowed inside any building. Such devices are permitted outside but may only be used if fire extinguishing equipment is on site and provided by the exhibitor.

 

The Festival provides no equipment for exhibitors. Exhibitors will provide their own tables, rain/sun cover, chairs, displays, lights, electrical cords and trash cans.

 

Items not allowed for sale or distribution include (but are not limited to): weapons or weapon-like novelties; items made from coral, ivory or other endangered species; bootlegged records, tapes or CDs; any materials that advocate sexism, racism, violence, or that are discriminatory, intolerant, or violent in content.

 

All sales and distribution of materials must be conducted in your booth space. Exhibitors are not permitted to roam the grounds to sell or hand out anything. No petitions may be circulated in any place other than in your booth without prior approval of the planning committee.

 

No alcohol or drugs are permitted at the Festival.

 

An information packet including vehicle windshield pass, admission, and directions to the Fayre will be sent to you.
